This notice explains how Eostre Systems Ltd ("we") uses personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, plus your message. We also record the date and time it was sent and your internet (IP) address, to help us stop spam.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookie is set when staff sign in to our test portal: it keeps them signed in, is strictly necessary for that, and isn't used for anything else. The link to our LinkedIn page is a plain link - nothing from LinkedIn loads on our pages unless you click it.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver your project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who handles it
Enquiries are stored on our server, hosted by DigitalOcean in London, and delivered to our mailbox by our email-sending provider. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless they become part of an ongoing project, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@eostresystems.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
